University of Pennsylvania

The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business earns the top ranking among Executive MBA programs rated by U.S. News & World Report. Wharton offers the Executive MBA on both Penn’s main campus in Philadelphia and in San Francisco.

The Wharton Executive MBA is a 24-month program that runs during the school year and throughout the summer. Classes meet every other weekend on Fridays and Saturdays, and students are required to participate in a one-week international study trip.

Northwestern University

U.S. News & World Report ranks Northwestern University’s Executive MBA program as the second-best in the nation. The Kellogg School of Management offers twice monthly weekend classes on the Evanston campus beginning in either September or January, or students can take classes once a month from Thursday through Sunday in Miami beginning in January.

The Kellogg School also advertises global opportunities for Executive MBA students. Kellogg has joint programs with schools in Israel, Germany, China and Toronto that allow students to interact with international business professionals.

University of Chicago

The Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago earns U.S. News & World Report’s No. 3 ranking among Executive MBA programs. The Booth Executive MBA is a 21-month program that begins in June, with students taking two classes per quarter.

The Booth Executive MBA offers students the opportunity to study in London and Singapore as well as Chicago, and students can concentrate their studies in Marketing, Finance or Strategy. Students enrolled in the program average thirteen years of working experience.

Duke University

The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University earns the fourth spot on the U.S. News & World Report list of Best Executive MBA Programs. The Fuqua School offers both a Global Executive MBA program (the first of its kind in the world) and a Weekend Executive MBA program.

The Global Executive MBA program allows working professionals to pursue their degree from anywhere thanks to online courses. The Weekend Executive MBA program is taught exclusively on Duke’s main campus in Durham, NC, with students taking classes on alternating weekends for their first five terms. The final term opens with a two-week face-to-face session, and then the rest of the term is offered online.
